4-hour body worked for me!

Tim Ferriss, author of the New York Times bestseller, the 4-hour work week has added another masterpiece best seller list is called the body as 4 hours. This book was a decade of work that includes many unique areas that are related to "physical peak performance". Some of these areas are: weight loss, weight gain, sexual techniques, adding 100 kg to your bench press, how to keep your breath under water for more than three minutes, training for a marathon in only 12 weeks, and strategies for how to live forever. Sounds unrealistic? ...Actually, not really.

Personally, I have tried news called "Slo-Carb Diet" to see if it is possible to lose 20 lbs in a month without exercise, but rather stick to a strict nutritional regime. Here is my monthly results (I weighed myself before breakfast each day simultaneously on the same scale in the same location, completely nude, so there was no room for scale errors):

8th Jan 176.6 (Heaviest month)
Jan 9th 173.0 (Slo-Carb Diet begins)
Jan 10: 172.0
Jan 11th 170.0
Jan 12: 170.0
Jan 13th 167.7
Jan 14th 168.6 (beginning of Binge day)
Jan 15 172.2 (day after binge)
Jan 16th 168.3 (end of the week's Slo-Carb Diet)
Jan 17th 168.8
Jan 18th 168.2
Jan 19th 171.0 (forgotten and weighed myself after breakfast instead of the previous)
Jan 20th 168.8
Jan 21st 168.0
Jan 22 168.0
Jan 23rd 168.0
Jan 24 166.7
Jan 25 166,6
Jan 26 165.6 (the lowest in the month)

The reason why my weight is diminished by the diet is to my stomach dropped and I could not eat so much food. Losing eleven pounds in just two weeks ... not so bad. This book is great for anyone who wants to change his body into any shape or form. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
